Guidance
For help and guidance on any matter relating to Masters or PhD, postgraduate students should contact the School's Graduate Research Coordinator
Forms to be completed by Masters and PhD students are available from the Graduate Research School . When completing forms from this site, you should consult with your supervisor and the Gradaute Research Coordinator.
Travel approval form
If you will be travelling on University business, complete a travel approval form for insurance purposes.
Facilities
- Access to computer lab (room G.31, ground floor Arts building).
- Internet access.
- Printing facilities of up to 1000 pages per annum (may rise a further 300 pages for final year or final preparation of thesis).
- Photocopying of up to 1000 copies per annum.
- Research-related postage, fax, and telephone access of up to $50 per annum.
- A postgraduate meeting room (room G.29A) is available on the ground floor of the Arts building.
Study rooms
Desk accommodation is available in the postgraduate student study rooms. Carrels with a lockable cupboard, network and power points for laptops, and a shared phone are available in each of rooms 1.30, 1.31, 1.54A and 1.54B on the first floor of the Arts building.

If preferred, students are welcome to apply for a carrel or desk in the Reid Library's Scholars' Centre.
