Undergraduate Courses

In the Bachelor of Arts degree, you can study one or two majors. Social and Cultural Studies subjects available as majors in the Bachelor of Arts are:

• Anthropology
• Archaeology
• Asian Studies - does not include language units
• Chinese
• English
• Indonesian
• Japanese
• Political Science and International Relations
• Women's Studies

We also offer the degrees:

• Bachelor of Arts (Asian Studies) - the Asian Studies major plus an Asian language
• Bachelor of Arts (Communication Studies)
• Bachelor of Social Work

Any of these majors can be studied with another area as a combined degree.

If you are enrolled in another degree but wish to include some Arts studies as well, you can pursue a Diploma, which involves a year of Arts units:
