Research degrees offered by the School of Social and Cultural Studies are the Master of Arts and Doctor of Philosophy.

There are over 200 students in Social and Cultural Studies pursuing an MA or PhD, providing a rich and challenging environment. Find out more about funding opportunities available to our students.

When you have spoken with the Postgraduate Moderator in your discipline and organised a supervisor(s), you can then apply at the Graduate Research School Postgraduate Research Office. You can download application forms from their website.
